Practical Evidence Forms and Guidance

Submit or review practical evidence for certified handler, Envirospray, pest control and controlled substance licence pathways.

How to Submit Your Evidence

Gather the evidence requested for your course and make sure any photos or files are clear and easy to review. Where possible, label your files clearly so the assessor can understand what each item relates to. Once your evidence is ready, upload it using the practical evidence form or portal below. Adroit Solutions will review your submission and contact you if anything else is needed.

Certified Handler Evidence

Certified Handler evidence usually relates to the safe handling, storage, use and management of hazardous substances. This may include photos of storage areas, PPE, safety equipment, labels, SDS access, emergency procedures or relevant workplace records.

Envirospray Evidence

Envirospray evidence may include spray records, calibration details, equipment checks, weather conditions, PPE use and examples of safe spray application practices. This can apply to handpump, motorised boom or handgun spray systems.

Pest Control and CSL Evidence

Pest Control and Controlled Substance Licence evidence may include records showing safe use, storage, transport, application and disposal of relevant substances. This can include pest management records, controlled substance logs, risk controls and emergency procedures.

Who Needs to Submit Practical Evidence?

You may need to submit practical evidence if you are completing or renewing training for:

  • Certified Handler certification
  • Envirospray certificate pathways
  • Pest Control training
  • Controlled Substance Licence support
  • Agrichemical or hazardous substances training where evidence is required

Not every course requires the same evidence. Your course information or Adroit Solutions assessor will confirm what applies to you.

What Can Practical Evidence Include?

Depending on your course or certification pathway, practical evidence may include:

  • Photos showing safe handling, storage or application practices
  • Spray records, task sheets or logbook entries
  • Chemical storage or inventory records
  • Calibration records
  • PPE use and safety setup
  • Emergency response or spill procedures
  • Supervisor or workplace confirmation
  • Completed Adroit templates or supporting documents

Evidence should be clear, relevant and easy for the assessor to understand.

Some Adroit Solutions courses require practical evidence before your certification can be completed.

Practical evidence helps show that you can safely apply what you have learned in a real workplace or operational setting. This may include photos, records, completed templates, supervisor confirmation, or examples of safe work practices.
