2. Course Bookings and Payments
#### 2.1 Booking Confirmation
All course bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your course enrolment, dates, times, and location. It is your responsibility to ensure all provided information is accurate.
#### 2.2 Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, which are clearly outlined during the booking process. All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
#### 2.3 Cancellations and Refunds
Adroit Solutions understands that circumstances can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the course start date: A full refund will be issued, or you may transfer your booking to another course date or participant without penalty.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the course start date: A 50% refund will be issued, or you may transfer your booking to another course date or participant with an administration fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the course start date: No refund will be issued. Transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to an administration fee.
Adroit Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrolments or trainer unavailability. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course date.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Adroit Solutions website, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of Adroit Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
